Recent leaks have provided an early glimpse of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, revealing a design that feels familiar. The new model appears to retain a lot from its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 FE, featuring slimmer bezels and a sleeker body. With a thickness of only 7.4mm, it offers a more refined in-hand feel, though the changes are not drastically groundbreaking.
Unofficial renders from tipster @OnLeaks suggest that the Galaxy S25 FE largely adheres to Samsung’s established aesthetic, showcasing similar stacked rear camera configurations alongside a clean hole-punch front design. The new model dimensions are reported at 161.4 x 76.6 x 7.4mm, indicating a slight reduction in thickness compared to the previous version. While the Galaxy S25 FE features slightly thicker bezels than the flagship Galaxy S25, its design shows noticeable improvements over the S24 FE.
It is rumored to inherit some specifications from the standard Galaxy S25, including an enhanced 12MP front camera. However, it will likely rely on last year’s Exynos 2400 chipset rather than the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip preferred in premium devices. Additionally, the S25 FE is expected to include a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, potentially achieving peak brightness of 2,600 nits.
As for its release, speculations suggest it could hit the market between late Q3 and early Q4, possibly with a price increase to around $700. With this price adjustment, Samsung may need to offer more than just cosmetic improvements to validate the higher cost to consumers.
