Google Fi is marking its 10th anniversary by launching an affordable new plan and enhancing its existing offerings. The newly introduced Unlimited Essentials plan costs $35 per month and provides unlimited calls, texts, and 30GB of high-speed data in the U.S.
In addition to the new plan, Google Fi has revamped its current plans. For example, the Simply Unlimited plan has been rebranded as Unlimited Standard, now offering users 50GB of data—an increase from the previous 35GB.
This plan also provides 25GB of hotspot tethering, extending coverage to Canada and Mexico, and ensuring full connectivity on select smartwatches. The Unlimited Plus plan has been renamed Unlimited Premium, which now features 100GB of data instead of 50GB, along with 50GB of high-speed hotspot tethering.
This plan also includes six months of YouTube Premium, 100GB of Google One cloud storage, and no extra costs for tablet and laptop connectivity. Google Fi is also expanding its data-only eSIM access, allowing users to connect compatible devices like Android tablets and iPads seamlessly, without a physical SIM card.
Furthermore, 5G international coverage is being extended to over 92 global destinations for users on the Unlimited Premium and Flexible plans. To celebrate its anniversary, Google Fi is running limited-time promotions for both new and existing users.
New customers can get significant deals on the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel Watch 3, while existing customers can benefit from instant rebates on Pixel 9 series phones. These offers will remain available until April 29 or until supplies last.
